We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem of a property. It exceeded our expectations in terms of space and amenities, and Olivia, the owner, was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, with a charming residential area and convenient access to bakeries and takeaways. We loved the cozy and clean atmosphere, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a wider selection of options.

Loved having access to the patio—it was the perfect spot to enjoy a cuppa with my posh pinky up. The flat-screen TV, PS3, and DVD player made me feel like a tech-savvy queen. And the washing machine was a lifesaver for my designer outfits.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of sharing a lounge with strangers and being able to hike nearby. So, thrilling.

I had a wonderful stay at the Clitheroe Holiday Let. The location was great, just a short distance from the town center. The owner had thoughtfully provided milk, tea, coffee, and sugar, which was a nice touch. The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with good quality appliances and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The TV and sound system were of a high standard, and there was a great selection of books, DVDs, and games. Despite the minor issues with the mattress in the main bedroom and some unfinished items in the house, I still found it to be good value for money. I'm already considering returning to explore the area more. I highly recommend this holiday let.

Loved having access to the patio, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The shared lounge was a nice touch, although I preferred to have it all to myself. Free WiFi was great for scrolling through social media instead of actually exploring the area.
The washing machine was a bit confusing to operate, but who needs clean clothes on holiday anyway?

Featured a shared lounge with a lively atmosphere and friendly guests. The flat-screen TV, PS3, and DVD player turned the lounge into a hub of entertainment, making it feel like a big-screen cinema without the overpriced snacks!
Uncomfortable mattress in the front room.

The house was much bigger than expected, with spacious rooms and excellent kitchen facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and in a quiet residential area. The on-road parking was easy and convenient. Plus, there were great amenities close by, like a supermarket, takeaways, and a pub. The house was also clean and the host provided toiletries and helpful recommendations. it was a cozy and comfortable stay in a great location.
While the house had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The beds were too soft for my liking, but that is subjective.

The value for money at this Holiday Let was excellent, with a clean and spacious room that had great kitchen facilities. The location was ideal, close to the town centre and with easy parking. The staff were friendly and communicative, providing helpful recommendations. The house had a calming decor with nice linens and a pleasant smell, and the wifi connection was strong. The thoughtful touches, such as the fresh flowers on the kitchen table and the complimentary milk, tea, and coffee, added to the overall positive experience.
The only small improvement that could be made to the breakfast offerings would be to provide a mirror in the front bedroom, as there was only a full length mirror at the bottom of the stairs. The shower attachment could use replacing as we had difficulty with leakage when using the smaller shower head, and the mattresses in both bedrooms were uncomfortable, with the one in the master bedroom creaking continuously.
